SUMMARY

SJRG seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Staff member to assist with daily office operations. This role is essential in providing administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service. No real estate license is required.
Key Responsibilities:​

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Manage scheduling for property showings, client meetings, and office appointments.

Maintained and organized digital and physical files, including contracts and transaction documents.

Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and listing coordination.

Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office upkeep.

Support real estate agents with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
