These assessments are educational. They are not mortgage applications, credit decisions, property valuations, investment recommendations or guarantees that a consumer is ready to purchase property.

SJRG does not request the following through its general website forms, Meta lead forms or Paycheck to Property assessment:

• Full dates of birth

• Tax-identification numbers

• Exact credit scores

• Full credit reports

• Complete financial-account numbers

SJRG may advertise on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Instant Forms.

When you submit a Meta lead form, Meta may collect and process your information before transmitting it to SJRG. Meta’s handling of that information is governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.

 

After SJRG receives your submission, we may transfer the information to authorized systems such as Fillout, Base44, Content Commander, an email provider, a customer-relationship-management system or a scheduling platform to:

• Deliver the resource you requested

• Provide access to an assessment

• Produce an educational readiness result

• Respond to your inquiry

• Send registration information

• Schedule a requested consultation

• Manage and document follow-up

• Measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign

When you request an assessment, report, registration, appointment or other resource, SJRG may contact you to fulfill and respond to that specific request.

For example, SJRG may email you:

• A link to complete the Paycheck to Property assessment

• Your requested results

• Event-access information

• Appointment confirmation

• A requested real estate resource

• Information necessary to respond to your inquiry

These communications are related to the action you requested.

Marketing communications

SJRG may send promotional email, telephone or text-message communications when you have provided the appropriate permission or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.

SJRG does not automatically transfer personal information collected through an SJRG real estate form, Meta advertisement or Paycheck to Property assessment to another Vonnie Judge brand for that brand’s independent marketing.

SJRG may:

• Provide a link that allows you to request information directly

• Share information when you specifically request a referral

• Share information when you provide separate and appropriate consent

• Share information when otherwise permitted or required by law

Choosing to receive information from another brand is not a condition of receiving SJRG real estate services.

 

8. Event Sponsors and Partners

SJRG may work with lenders, builders, inspectors, insurance professionals, attorneys, property managers and other organizations to provide educational programs or events.

Registration for an SJRG event does not automatically authorize an event partner to use your information for its independent marketing.

If an event includes optional partner communications, the registration form should identify the partner and provide an appropriate consent choice before information is transferred for that partner’s independent use.

 

9. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

SJRG does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

SJRG may use advertising and analytics services that receive limited online identifiers, cookie data, device information or website-activity information. Under certain state privacy laws, some uses of advertising technology may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising” or a similar regulated activity even when no money is exchanged.

16. Real Estate, Financial and Investment Disclaimer

Information provided through Paycheck to Property, the Homebuyer Treasure Hunt, SJRG assessments, workshops and other educational programs is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

It is not:

• Financial planning

• Credit advice

• Tax or accounting advice

• Legal advice

• Insurance advice

• Investment advice

• A property valuation

• A guarantee of rental income, cash flow or appreciation
